We may still be able to help even if you have little, no or are in negative equity. A purchase with delayed completion can be used to take control of your mortgage. Our solicitors would arrange for us to exchange in the same way that we would in a normal purchase, the difference is that we would be looking to complete in several years in the future and not the normal 2-4 weeks. It is a similar process to buying off plan or in the commercial market.

You can still use your regular/family Solicitor, we suggest that they speak to our Solicitors first to ensure that they are familiar with the process as it is still a reasonably new concept in the residential market.
It is possible to sell your property for the current market price or even achieve a price that is higher than its current market value.
A new mortgage is not required on the property allowing us to act faster, we will effectively take over the existing mortgage and you will not be faced with any ongoing bills like insurance, repairs, ground rent, etc
