If you have a lot of equity in your property, we may still be able to help. We can assist you in releasing up to 75% of your properties value immediately, for the remaining 25% we can offer to pay a monthly interest fee, this would effectively give you a lump sum to do with as you wish and also receive a monthly income from the equity still held.

If you do not wish to release funds at the current time, we can agree to purchase in the future and pay a monthly fee for the equity that you have invested in the property.

The Advantages To You

You can still use your regular/family Solicitor, we suggest that they speak to our Solicitors first to ensure that they are familiar with the process as it is still a reasonably new concept in the residential market.

It is possible to sell your property for the current market price or even achieve a price that is higher than its current market value.

We will effectively take over the ongoing monthly expenses and you will not be faced with any ongoing bills like insurance, repairs, ground rent, etc
